Meet Angie – Owner of Good Appliance

Angie has been the owner of Good Appliance since 1992, when she took over the family business from her father, who originally founded it in 1963. Building on decades of industry knowledge and experience, Angie helped guide the company into the digital age by recognizing the growing demand for appliance parts online. She began selling parts through eBay and later expanded the business by launching Good Appliance's own online store, allowing customers across the country to access both new and hard-to-find used appliance parts.

Appliances have always been more than a business for Angie—they are a lifelong passion. Her extensive knowledge of appliance brands, models, and components is unmatched. In fact, she is known for identifying appliance models in movies and television shows simply by sight.

As Good Appliance's vintage parts specialist, Angie has developed an exceptional ability to recognize older and discontinued appliance parts. Whether it's a rare component from decades past or a hard-to-identify piece, she can often determine exactly what appliance it belongs to and where to locate a replacement. Her expertise has helped countless customers find parts that many thought were impossible to source.

Today, Angie continues to lead Good Appliance with the same dedication to customer service, product knowledge, and quality that has been the foundation of the family business for more than 60 years.

 

Meet Noell – Operations & E-Commerce Manager

Noell, Angie's daughter, joined the family business in 2023, and together they have proudly operated Good Appliance as a mother-daughter team. Continuing a family tradition that spans more than six decades, Noell brings a modern approach to the business while upholding the values of quality service and customer care that Good Appliance is known for.

As the head of the shipping department, Noell oversees the careful packaging and processing of every order, ensuring that parts arrive safely and securely to customers across the country. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality help provide a reliable experience from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the customer's doorstep.

In addition to managing shipping operations, Noell oversees Good Appliance's online store and social media presence. She is responsible for maintaining product listings, improving the customer shopping experience, and connecting with customers through the company's digital platforms. Her efforts help make it easier for customers to find the parts they need while keeping them informed about new inventory, promotions, and company updates.

Together, Angie and Noell combine decades of appliance expertise with modern e-commerce innovation, ensuring that Good Appliance continues to serve customers with the same dedication and family values it was founded on in 1963.

 

Meet Brandi – Customer Service & Parts Listings Specialist

Brandi joined the Good Appliance team in 2025 and quickly became an invaluable part of the business. Although she is one of the newest members of the team, her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer service make it seem as though she has been with the company for years.

As the friendly voice customers hear when they call Good Appliance, Brandi is committed to providing exceptional service and helping customers find the right parts for their appliances. Whether answering questions, assisting with orders, or helping identify parts, she strives to make every customer interaction a positive experience.

In addition to her customer service responsibilities, Brandi manages online parts listings, ensuring that inventory is accurately represented and easily accessible to customers shopping through the website.

Meet Gene & Kenny – Delivery & Appliance Recovery Specialists

Gene and Kenny have been valued members of the Good Appliance team for more than 15 years. Their dedication, reliability, and hard work have played an important role in supporting the company's daily operations and continued success.

As our Delivery and Appliance Recovery Specialists, Gene and Kenny are responsible for transporting appliances safely and efficiently while also handling the collection and recovery of units that help support our inventory of quality new and used parts. Their efforts ensure that appliances are delivered with care and that valuable components are responsibly recovered and prepared for reuse whenever possible.

Whether they're making deliveries, recovering appliances, or helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes, Gene and Kenny are an essential part of the Good Appliance family.
